EDIRIWEERA - MRS MALLIKA - It is with profound sadness and much love that family mourns the passing of Mrs MALLIKA EDIRIWEERA (maiden name De Silva) resident of Woking (former resident of Stanmore),​ UK on 7th of June 2023,​ at the age of 86 years. Mallika was born on 11th June 1936 in Hirimbura,​ Galle,​ Sri Lanka resided in Nugegoda before moving to the UK in 1963 to join her husband. Mallika is predeceased by her loving husband Dudley and siblings Upali,​ Meththananda,​ Khema and Nanda. Mallika is lovingly cherished by her children Amanda and Sanath,​ son-in-law Kalum,​ granddaughters Jacintha and Latisha and her surviving brother Ranjith and other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 10.00 a.m. BST on 24th June 2023 at Woking Crematorium,​ followed by a celebration of her life at Tringham Hall,​ West End,​ Woking. May she attain the Supreme Bliss of Nibbana.037672
