CLAESSEN - JEFFRY (Queens Group) passed away peacefully on 20th May 2023 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Beloved husband of Mrs. Ramona Claessen (Ex Galadari Hotel), devoted father of Julian Claessen (Ex Astron) and Reno Claessen (DMS), father-in-law of Carnella Claessen (Hayleys), precious brother of Jerome, Jenavieve, Rebecca, Delrine, Aloma, Jeannine, Melanie, Tania and Jude, loved by all his family and extended family. May his precious soul find eternal peace in the Arms of the Lord. The final blessings will take place today (22nd May 2023) at A.F. Raymonds Funeral Parlour, Colombo 8 commencing at 3.00 p.m. The cortege will thereafter leave for burial at the Borella General Cemetery, Roman Catholic Section.030887

FERNANDO - KAMALA THERESE SELENA FERNANDO - Wife of the late Dr. Earl Fernando, devoted and much loved mother of Ramani, Radha, Manju and Gaithri, loving mother-in-law of Deva, Manil and Darren, adored and adoring grandmother of Anushka, Devaka, Janaka, Milindha, Amindha, Devindha, Rajindha, Maneera, Jeevan, Manekha and Ischaak, loving great-grandmother of Anika, Natalia, Zachary, Kristian, Gabrielle, Christian, Rania, Tarique, Anique, Savian, Sason, Ayla and Alyssa and proud great-great-grandmother of Ezekiel. Enthusiastic member of the Community of the Risen Lord, and prayer warrior to too many to list. Now doing crosswords and watching Shakespeare plays with Jesus. Remains lie at A F Raymond’s Funeral Parlour, Borella, from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on Tuesday 23rd May and Wednesday at 10.00 a.m. onwards. Special service by Community of the Risen Lord at 12.30 p.m. on Wednesday 24th May.
