Beloved husband of Winitha,​ loving father of Sujith and Chamila,​ father-in-law of Susan and Suranga,​ grandfather of Menuka and Akith,​ brother of late Gunasena,​ late Sauneris,​ Martin,​ late Podi Hamine,​ Hinni Hamine,​ late Gnana,​ Jayarathna and late Anula. Remains lie at Jayarathna Funeral Parlour,​ Borella from 12.00 noon to 8.00 p.m. on Thursday,​ 23rd and Friday,​ 24th June 2022 and at the residence 55,​ Kandewatte Road,​ Nugegoda from 12.00 noon on Saturday,​ 25th June.
