Wife of late Vernon Goonetilleke (Former Libraran, Parliament), daughter of late Harry and Pearl de Alwis, mother of Dr Romayne (USA) and Dr Sonali (Teaching Hospital - Anuradhapura), mother-in-law of Dr Sriyan Kurukulasuriya (USA) and Ushantha Warnakulasuriya (Lanka Transformers Ltd), grandmother of Brian, Dilan, Amanda (all of USA), Jehan and Sohan (Students - D.S. Senanayake College), sister of late Veta, Irangani, Rene and of Roland, Lloyd and Marion (Sweetie), expired. Remains lie at No. 20/1, Rodney Street, Borella from 3.30 p.m. Friday 4th February 2022. Cortege leaves residence at 3.30 p.m. on Saturday February 5th for Burial at Madampitiya Cemetry at 4 p.m.009045
