Dearly beloved husband of Nina (Nilindra Seneviratne), precious father of Shelendra and Nelusha, father-in-law of Daniel Pomeroy and Lankesh Weerasinghe, beloved grandfather of Daniel Jr., Alexandra, Aedan, Gabriel, Shania and Selena, beloved son of late Leo and Ada Cooray of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, son-in-law of Lucilla and late Joe Seneviratne, dearest brother of Nihal (and Ramya), Gamini (and late Annette), Lucille (and Rexi), Phyllis (and Shelton), Ravindra (and Dilharney), Mahendra (and late Srimalie), Swarna (and Angelo), brother-in-law of Langanie (and late Shantha), late Ranjan (and Marie), Niranganie (and late Hayley), beloved uncle to nieces and nephews. Funeral service is on 19th May 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Mississauga. Family has requested any donations can be made in Surendra Cooray’s name to The Covenant House.036115

Fernando, Dr. Parakrama Fernando, Dr. Joyce Gunawardena, Kenneth, Malkanthi, Mahinda and Indrani, Nalini, Jayanthi, Chandrakanthi and Sudharma, sister-in-law of the late Rita, Milroy, Eugene, Carmine and Aubery, mother-in-law of Noriko, Chantal, Shanya, Lilangi and the late Sabine, grandmother of Ayaka, Seiya, Wren, Ritsushi, Jehan, Anya, Kieron, Aiyana, Kayan and Okitha, great-grandmother of Kaito.
