FERNANDO - FABIAN - Retired Mathematics and Physics Teacher and Assistant Prefect of Games at St. Mary's College, Negombo and retired Mathematics and Athletic Coach of the Calgary Board of Education, passed away peacefully at home in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, to the loving embrance of Jesus, our Saviour. Beloved husband of Sylvia Fernando, nee Roasa (retired Teacher of Croos Convent, Negombo and retired Kindergarten and Music Teacher at Christopher Robin Private School - Calgary), son of late Mr. K.M. Joseph N.E. Fernando and Mrs. Josephine Fernando of Negombo, brother of late Leonard, Kenny, Hilda Jestus, Francisca, Stella and brother of Bertila Emmanuel, loving father of Paula Srianthi (Patrick Hettiaratchi) and John Rongen both of Canada, grandfather of Joseph Sunimal, Marian Hirushika (Matthew) Maria Ruweka (Kevin), John Nishan (Elizabeth), Christine Rukshana (Saurabh) and great-grandfather of Jacinta and Adrian.
