Son of the late R.L. and the late Lakshmi de Silva, husband of Chandrakanthi, dearly beloved father of Uthum and Dinusha, father-inlaw of Chrystal and Mario, grandfather of Zara and Zaine, son-in-law of the late E.O.F. and the late Brenda de Silva, brother of Chandima (Jadi), Nelum, Vishwaranjani, Saroja and Deepal, passed away on 10th March 2020 and cremation took place on 18th March 2020 in Los Angeles, USA.

Dearly beloved husband of Mary Christabel, precious son of late Ponniah Edward and Mrs.Senathirajah, beloved son in law of Mr. & Mrs. Zacharias Joseph, loving brother of Mallika Joseph and late Christy, beloved brother-in-law of Nesamalar, precious father of Ajanthini, Jeyakumar, Ravindra, Jeevaraj and Nimalan, dearest father-in-law of Clement, Vathani, Sashi, Nimalie and Indika, doting grandfather of Shehana, Daphne, Adrian, Rukshan, Krishan, Pauline, Brian, Arnold, Jeydan, Olivia and Christine, loving grandfatherin- law of Luxshan, Rukshan and darling great grandfather of Aarielle and Laura, had passed away peacefully at his residence in Narahenpita on the 10th of May 2020. His mortal remains was laid for last respect at Jayaratne Funeral Parlour on the 11th of May 2020 and was taken for burial to eternal life at 4pm on the same day at the General Cemetery Borella.
