repose of the soul of Challice will be held in Corpus Christi Catholic
Church, *263, Mona Vale Road, St Ives* on the 12th of September
2017, commencing at 10.00 a.m. Following the mass the cortege will proceed
to Macquarie Park Cemetery, Corner of Delhi and Plassey Road, North

passing away of Mrs. Mahadevi Kanthaswami formerly of Anaicoddai, Sri
Lanka and latterly of Castle Hill, Sydney. She was the loving wife of late
Mr. C.K. Kanthaswami, Emeritus Prinicipal of Kokuvil Hindu College,
beloved mother of Dhayananthan (Sydney), Shantini (London), Abhiramy
(London), Vaheesan (Brisbane) and Geethanjali (Sydney); mother-in-law of
Vijayalakshimi, Dr. Kandiah Sivakumar, Dr. Jayantha Arnold,
Dhushyanthi and Nirmalarajan; and grandmother of Gajenthiran,
Janarthani, Branavan, Sivahamy, Ahran, Ramya, Ahrani,
Hariharan, Bhargavi and Sindhura. Her mortal remains will be brought to
her residence in Castle Hill for religious rites and then taken to Rookwood
Crematorium (South Chapel) on Tuesday 12th September around 1 p.m. for last
respects to be paid followed by cremation. Relatives and friends are kindly
