His Mortal remains will lie in state at SEDEC, Kynsey Road, Friday, 24th February 8.30 a.m. to 3.15 p.m. Thereafter will be transferred to the Archbishop’s House Chapel, Borella. At 7 p.m. the body will be taken to St. Sebastian’s Church, Sea Street, Negombo. Requiem Mass will be at 3.00 p.m. on Saturday, 25th February 2017, followed by Burial. Rev. Fr.
